This page explains what information getinnermetric.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by The Inner Metric, based in California, USA. We keep this short and honest.

1. What we collect

When you buy: your email address, your name if you enter one, what you bought, the amount, and the date. Stripe processes your payment. We never receive or store your full card number.
When you sign up for a discount: the email address you type into the popup.
When you visit: basic technical data that every website receives, such as your browser type and pages viewed. We use this to keep the site working.
When you email us: whatever you choose to send, so we can reply.

2. How we use it

To send you your download link and order receipt.
To send you the discount you asked for and, if you signed up, occasional emails about the kit and new products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To reply to support requests and resend files.
To keep the site running and to prevent fraud.
To show recent-purchase notices on the site. These show only a first name or initial and a general location, never an email or full name.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and stored settings

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage so the site works, so Stripe checkout is secure, and so you are not shown the discount popup every visit. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you.

4. Advertising pixels

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can measure whether our ads work and show ads to people who visited the site. Meta may set its own cookies. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

5. Who we share data with

Only the services we need to run the store:

Stripe to process payments.
Our email provider to deliver order emails and marketing emails.
Lovable Cloud to host the site and store orders and email signups.
Meta to measure ads.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share only what each needs to do its job.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. Email signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.
Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@theinnermetric.com. We will reply within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to delete it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Security

We use HTTPS across the site and rely on Stripe for payment security. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will also be noted on the site.
