These are the rules for using getinnermetric.com and for buying The Ultimate Digital Dropshipping Kit. The site is run by The Inner Metric, based in California, USA. If you buy from us or use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What you are buying

The kit is a set of digital files: a brand worksheet, Canva templates, a photo and video library, a social media mini course, email templates, ManyChat DM flows, and a bonus eBook. You get a download link by email after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the full price. It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no extra charge after checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Delivery

Your download email usually arrives within a few minutes of payment. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. The download link stays active for seven days. If you lose your files, email hello@theinnermetric.com and we will resend them.

4. No refunds

Because the files are delivered in full right away, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read the product description and FAQ before you buy.

5. How you may use the files

When you buy the kit, you get a license to use and edit the files for your own business. Rights to resell or redistribute any part of the kit are set out in the license file included inside the kit. Outside of that license, you may not share, resell, upload, or give away the files, and you may not claim the templates or course content as your own original work.

6. No income promise

We do not promise that you will make money. Any earnings, sales figures, or timelines shown on the site are reported by other customers and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, your niche, your audience, and things outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

7. Your account and your conduct

You must be at least 18 to buy. You agree to give a real email address so we can deliver your files. You agree not to use the site to break any law, to scrape it, or to try to get the files without paying.

8. Third-party tools

The kit works with Canva, ManyChat, Instagram, and TikTok. Those are separate companies with their own terms and prices. We are not responsible for changes they make or for any account issues you have with them.

9. Our content

The site design, copy, images, and the kit itself belong to The Inner Metric. Customer reviews are shared with permission. You may not copy the site or the kit except as your license allows.

10. Limits on our liability

We provide the site and the kit “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, The Inner Metric is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from your use of the site or the kit. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. The terms in place when you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
